Pix Launcher 2.15

The Pix Launcher offers a redesigned home screen experience reminiscent of the Android Pixel Launcher, enabling greater customization of your Android device.

This latest version has been rebuilt on a new codebase to facilitate new features including dark mode, alongside numerous performance enhancements such as faster load times, reduced memory consumption, improved battery efficiency, and smoother animations.

Google Feed Integration:

1. Download and install Pixel Bridge from here
2. Restart the launcher via Launcher Settings

Addressing the issue where Glancer did not display Google Weather, users can utilize Smartspacer as follows (courtesy of KieronQuinn):

1. Navigate to launcher settings → At a Glance → Enable "At a Glance Provider selection"
2. Download and install Smartspacer from this link, then select Smartspacer as the provider within At a Glance settings

Dark Theme:

The launcher supports dark mode, enhancing comfort for nighttime or low-light usage. This feature aligns seamlessly with Android’s native dark mode settings.

Backup and Restore:

The launcher offers straightforward backup and restore functionalities, facilitating easy migration between devices or experimentations with different setups. Backups can be stored locally or uploaded to cloud services for convenience.

Performance Improvements:

This version delivers faster startup times, lower memory usage, enhanced energy efficiency, and fluid animations for a more refined user experience.

Accessibility:

• The application does not collect or share any user data related to accessibility features.
• Necessary permissions include accessibility access to enable navigation functions such as home, recent apps, back button, lock screen setup, Control Center display, and monitoring open applications for animation purposes.
• The permission BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE is used solely to allow gesture drawing on the home screen and is granted with user consent; it is not utilized for any other purposes.
• No personal or sensitive data related to financial transactions, government IDs, photographs, or contacts is publicly disclosed.
